			TUITION 16 credit hours or more NC resident $632 Out-of-state resident $3,512 Under 16 credit hours (per credit hour) NC resident $39.50 Out-of-state resident $219.50 Tuition fees are subject to change as required by the State of North Carolina Legislators and Board of Trustees of Haywood Community College.
	TUITION REFUND 100 % Refund of Tuition and Fees if: • You officially withdraw before the first day of the semester • Class “does not make” due to insufficient enrollment 75 % Refund of Tuition only if: • You officially withdraw from classes on or before the 10% point Tuition refunds will be mailed after 10% point of the semester. Fees are not refundable.
	Late Registration Fees
	Full-time students Part-time students	$5.00 $2.50	Returned checks have a $25.00 service charge and will be applied to the student account.
	OTHER EXPENSES Costs for books and supplies vary by curriculum. • Cosmetology-Basic kit, text and materials must be purchased during the first semester at an approximate cost of $1,200 • Nursing Education Options-books, malpractice insurance and uniform expenses at an approximate cost of $850 due the first semester of enrollment
