The HCC Future Cosmetologists of America (FCA) was established to promote the industry; to give students the opportunity to participate in a professional organization, compete on a state and regional level; and to offer educational classes on new trends.  There are annual dues paid to National Cosmetologists Association of North Carolina and local FCA monthly dues.

Our objectives are:

• To unite and affiliate into one organization all worthy and qualified members for the purpose of  fostering the growth and knowledge of Cosmetology
• To assist in every honorable way in furthering the interest of the members and the public they serve.
• To teach that organization, cooperation, and reciprocity are better than rival, strife, and destructive competition.
